Age Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old.
Job Summary: During the school year, public school students (primarily 5th and 6th
graders) come to camp for a quality educational experience consisting of outdoor subjects
combined with challenge activities. It is the Outdoor Educator's job to teach the Outdoor
Education classes and challenge activities, and minister to these students and teachers
through unconditional love, lifestyle evangelism and prayer.

Age Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old.
Job Summary: During the summer, youth are invited to weekly sessions in which our
staff challenge and encourage them spiritually, physically, and relationally. Many of our
campers come from the Outdoor Education Program, returning to camp in the summer where
they can seek God and hear His Word. Resident Program staff work with a variety of youth
and adult groups, sharing God's Word with them through Bible Studies, cabin discussions,
evening sessions, and devotions, combined with all of the Camp Redcloud challenge
activities. Throughout the summer, these staff members rotate between leading specific
challenge activities and leading small groups of 10-14 campers.

Family Camp Program Staff
Time Frame: June - August, September - October
Location: Redcloud Ranch
Age Requirements: Be at least 18 years old.
Job Summary: Ranch Crew has the opportunity to model a servant heart to families,
whether they are serving meals and doing dishes or belaying at the High Ropes Course.
There will be many opportunities to minister to families, married couples, adults and
children of all ages. Families will have the opportunity daily to enjoy the facilities and
activities God has provided the Ranch. Each week we will have a special speaker who will
challenge the adults daily while the kids are having fun learning about God with our
staff.

Location: Camp Redcloud
Age Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old.
Job Summary: TNT's are 14-18 year olds that are involved in Camp Redcloud's 3-6
week discipleship program. They come to camp to learn to serve others and to become mature
Christian leaders. TNT staff are hired to build relationships with these kids through
Bible Study, challenge activities, and working side by side with them on work crews. TNT
staff must love teenagers and be willing to work hard!

Age Requirements: Preferably at least 21 years old.
Job Summary: The Trail Guide position primarily involves leading week long backpack
trips, bike trips, and base camps with high school youth. Trail Guides use challenging
activities in the outdoors to introduce, emphasize, and reinforce Biblical truths. Trail
Guides must be able to instruct and demonstrate backcountry travel skills, as well as lead
morning devotions, facilitate evening campfire talks, and challenge campers to live more
Christ-like lives. Trail Guides must model a life that is Christ centered and be able to
communicate the gospel clearly in a way that high school students can understand.

Assistant Cooks
Time Frame: February - May, June - August, September - October
Location: Camp Redcloud & Redcloud Ranch
Age Requirements: Be at least 18 years old.
Job Summary: At times during the summer, Redcloud feeds up to 300 people each meal.
Assistant cooks share the load of meal preparation, serving, and clean-up. Especially a
good ministry for those who want to be involved, but don't feel they're called to direct
youth ministry.

Maintenance/Construction

Age Requirements: Be at least 18 years old.
Job Summary: Redcloud has many buildings and other facilities which need constant
maintenance, especially during the high-use time of summer. We also do the majority of our
own new construction, requiring many extra hands.

Store & Hebrews Coffee Shoppe Staff
Time Frame: Late May - Mid August
Location: Redcloud - Hebrews Coffee Shoppe & Store, Redcloud Ranch
Store
Age Requirements: Be at least 18 years old.
Job Summary: Serve the Lord by ministering to campers, families,
and staff in an environment where they can relax, hang out, and study
God’s Word. Your responsibilities will include working in the store
selling shirts, souvenirs and making coffee drinks and smoothies for the
coffee shop. Other responsibilities include stocking, organizing
merchandise, and cleaning the store/coffee shop. Discipleship is a
fundamental part of our mission and ministry at Redcloud. You will be
meeting with one of our staff women in a small group regularly for your
growth and encouragement. In your free time you can enjoy the wide variety
of things to do in the majestic mountains of Colorado, hiking, mtn.
biking, climbing, camping and lots more.
